Color TV-Game 6A Japan exclusive home console. The Color TV-Game 6 was the first color TV game ever released. It contained six different versions of Pong and sold over a million units. This Unit was successful because compared to other come consoles it was much cheaper which allowed easy public access.
Color TV-Game 15The sequel console to the Color TV-Game 6 because of it's success. It contained 16 variations of pong compared to its original at 6. This console also had detachable controllers where as the originals were built in to the console.

Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES)The second home console released by Nintendo internationally. Created sequels to Mario and Legend of Zelda games with each selling over one million copies. Nintendo 64 (N64)First known as "Project: Reality," Nintendo had created their third mainline home console in its series. What made the N64 different was its use of 3d models. Satoru IwataSatoru Iwata became the 4th CEO of Nintendo in 2000. He was apart of some of the most monumental achievements in gaming. Mr. Iwata was apart of the creation of the DS, Wii, 3DS, and WiiU. His contributions to the company helped expand gaming to worldwide recognition, and enhanced family gaming.

Nintendo DSThe Nintendo DS also known as Nintendo Developers System or Dual Screen was the successor the the Game Boy Series. The Nintendo DS had many iterations such as the DS lite which had a more sleek and accessible design, the DSi which had a camera and a few functionalities, and DSi XL which was an enlarged version of the DSi. WiiNintendo's fifth major home console release was the Wii. The Nintendo Wii sold 100 million units worldwide landing it at the fourth highest selling console of all time. A recreation called the Wii mini was made in 2012. The Wii is a family oriented console which appealed to many homes.
